I am passionate about helping people live their happiest, healthiest lives through transformative bodywork and balanced skin care.  

My bodywork training combined with 22+ years of practice enable me to recognize and address imbalances, restrictions, and compensation patterns in the body. 
 
Using multiple bodywork modalities like Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage techniques, and Myofascial Release, along with carefully monitoring a person’s progress, I provide the individualized treatment plan necessary for complete relaxation and recovery. 
 
With skin care, think of me as your coach. I will help you achieve the healthy, glowing skin you desire. Together we will develop (or optimize) your at-home program, and in my office, we’ll supplement your routine with powerhouse services to have you feeling confident in your skin.
